Financial Impact Analysis Presentation
The Town of White City contracted CORVUS Business Advisors, to undertake a Financial Impact Analysis in order to provide a full financial picture of the impact of the annexation proposal we have presented to the community. In a nutshell, the Analysis finds the Town is financially well-positioned to assume responsibility for the larger community and taxpayers who live in Emerald Park or the other sub-divisions identified in the proposal, will realize a tax reduction on average of 7.3%.
